The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Provision Of Services Related To Organizational And Technical Preparation And Logistical Support For Holding Events Of Different Formats, Such As: Forum/Conference (2, Held In/Outside Sofia, About 50 - 200 Participants); Working Meetings (2, Held In/Outside Sofia, About 50 - 200 Participants); Information Days/Campaigns, Training Seminars, Thematic, Etc. Events (10 Events, Held In/Outside Sofia, About 20-100 Participants); Round Tables, Discussions (3, Held In/Outside Sofia, About 20 - 50 Participants). The Indicated Number Is Indicative And It Is Possible That The Contracting Authority May Not Declare Events Of Every Type And In This Volume. The Various Events Include The Implementation Of Various Combinations Of Activities, Namely: Accommodation, Provision Of A Hall, Premises/Open Space, Provision Of Technical/Conference Equipment, Transport, Catering, Provision Of Speakers/Moderators, As Well As Other Activities Accompanying The Services.
