The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of A Brand New Crawler Excavator With Accessories For The Needs Of The Regional Installation For Municipal Waste Processing (Ripok) Based In Inowrocław At 77 Bagienne Street. 2. Terms Of Financing The Order: Based On A Leasing Agreement After Conducting A Tender Procedure By The Ordering Party After Selecting And Signing An Agreement With The Excavator Supplier. 3. Detailed Technical Conditions Of The Crawler Excavator Are Described In The Offer Form Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 4. Organizational And Technical Requirements For The Contractor: A) The Contractor Must Be The Manufacturer Or An Authorized Representative Of The Manufacturer Of The Offered Excavator, B) The Contractor Should Have A Stationary Service Facility At A Distance Of No More Than 150 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters, C) Service Response To Notifications Within A Maximum Of 48 Hours From The Moment Of Reporting The Failure (Counting Working Days), D) The Delivery Of An Excavator Manufactured As A Prototype Or As A Trial Series Is Not Allowed, E) The Crawler Excavator Will Be Delivered To The Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installation In Inowrocław At Ul. Bagiennej 77, F) The Contractor Will Provide A Full Warranty For A Period Of 60 Months Or A Minimum Of 8000 Mtg, Whichever Comes First, G) The Contractor Will Provide Free Of Charge (Labor, Parts, Travel) Service Inspections Of The Machine For A Period Of 60 Months Or A Minimum Of 80,000 Mtg, Whichever Comes First, In Accordance With The Applicable Manufacturers Standards, H) The Contractor Will Conduct An Operational Test Of The Delivered Machine, I) Carry Out A Basic Instruction Of The Contracting Authoritys Designated Staff (Up To 6 People) In The Operation And Maintenance Of The Crawler Excavator.
