Organizational And Technical Requirements For The Contractor: A) The Contractor Must Be The Manufacturer Or An Authorized Representative Of The Manufacturer Of The Offered Excavator, B) The Contractor Should Have A Stationary Service Facility At A Distance Of No More Than 150 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters, C) Service Response To Notifications Within A Maximum Of 48 Hours From The Moment Of Reporting The Failure (Counting Working Days), D) The Delivery Of An Excavator Manufactured As A Prototype Or As A Trial Series Is Not Allowed, E) The Crawler Excavator Will Be Delivered To The Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installation In Inowrocław At Ul. Bagiennej 77, F) The Contractor Will Provide A Full Warranty For A Period Of 60 Months Or A Minimum Of 8000 Mtg, Whichever Comes First, G) The Contractor Will Provide Free Of Charge (Labor, Parts, Travel) Service Inspections Of The Machine For A Period Of 60 Months Or A Minimum Of 80,000 Mtg, Whichever Comes First, In Accordance With The Applicable Manufacturers Standards, H) The Contractor Will Conduct An Operational Test Of The Delivered Machine, I) Carry Out A Basic Instruction Of The Contracting Authoritys Designated Staff (Up To 6 People) In The Operation And Maintenance Of The Crawler Excavator.
