Quotation are invited for Comprehensive Data Cleansing and Validation of the Foodbev Seta Management Information System (Mis) Phase 1: Data Audit and Profiling Conduct a high-level assessment of the current data quality within the FoodBev SETA systems (LMS, Financial Systems, and CRM). Identify anomalies, gaps, and duplicates in key datasets: Employers (levy payers), Training Providers, Learner/Apprentice records, and Assessors/Moderators. Provide a detailed data audit report outlining the "current state." Phase 2: Data Cleansing and Standardization De-duplication: Identify and merge duplicate employer records (using Company Registration/Levy numbers) and learner records (using ID numbers). Validation: Cross-reference employer data with the CIPC and SARS databases to verify company status and levy-paying compliance. Standardization: Standardize address formats, company names, and occupational titles according to the OFO (Organising Framework for Occupations) codes used by FoodBev SETA. The OFO is a standardised coding system for occupations in South Africa. Enrichment: Populate missing fields where possible (e.g., contact details, physical addresses). Correction: Rectify misspelled names, incorrect ID numbers, and outdated contact information Phase 3: POPIA Compliance and Data Deletion Identify records where consent to retain data has expired or was never obtained. Flag "data subjects" (learners) who have requested to opt-out. Securely quarantine or delete records as per the FoodBev SETA POPIA manual and retention schedules. The service provider must ensure that all data cleansing activities are performed in a controlled environment and must not compromise the integrity of the live MIS system. All data manipulation must be performed on replicated datasets unless otherwise approved by FoodBev SETA Tender Link : https://foodbev.co.za/tenders-scm/rfqs
