A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Conditions Of Execution And Acceptance Of The Works Constitute Annex No. 1.2 To The Swz - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works.4. The Ordering Party Attaches The Bills Of Quantities (Appendix No. 1.1 To The Swz) As Non-Binding Material. The Attached Bills Of Quantities Are Indicative And Should Be Treated As Supporting Material For A Quick And General Understanding Of The Material Scope And Size Of The Project. The Quantity And Description Of Individual Items Of The Bill Of Quantities Should Not Be Treated As Final And Defining.5.
