The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Construction Of Lighting For Pedestrian Crossings In 8 Locations In The Żuromin And Sierpc Poviats (Bom No. 343 Entitled: We Are Visible And Safe On Provincial Roads Of The Żuromin And Sierpc Poviats).2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Functional And Utility Program (Part Iii Of The Swz).3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure, At Its Own Expense, Safe Road And Pedestrian Traffic Conditions In The Area Of ​​Works Covered By The Contract On The Basis Of A Traffic Organization Design For The Duration Of Construction Prepared By And At The Contractors Expense. If The Occupation Of The Road Lane Will Affect Road Traffic Or Limit Visibility On The Road Or Result In The Need To Introduce Changes To The Existing Organization Of Vehicle Or Pedestrian Traffic, The Contractor Should Prepare, At His Own Expense, A Temporary Traffic Organization Project To Secure The Works Carried Out In The Road Lane For The Duration Of The Services In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of September 23, 2003 On Detailed Conditions For Road Traffic Management And Supervision Over This Management (Journal Of Laws No. 177, Item 1729). All Costs Related To The Introduction Of Traffic Organization Will Be Borne By The Contractor. Depending On The Needs And Progress Of Services, The Traffic Organization Design Should Be Updated By The Contractor On An Ongoing Basis. The Traffic Organization Project For The Duration Of The Services Must Be Approved By The Traffic Management Authority (Department Of Real Estate And Infrastructure Of The Marshals Office Of The Masovian Voivodeship). The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop Permanent Traffic Organization.4. If Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterize The Product Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Are Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Refers To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. 5. Throughout The Entire Period Of Execution Of The Contract With Mzdw In Warsaw, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Valid Civil Liability Insurance (Oc) For The Implementation Of Construction Works Entrusted To Be Performed Under The Contract With Mzdw In Warsaw For A Guarantee Sum Of At Least Pln 300,000.00. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Policy Confirming Compliance With The Above. Requirement Within No More Than 14 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. 7.
