1. The Subject Of This Procedure Is The Performance Of Construction Works, Supplies And Services As Part Of The Task Entitled: Renovation Of The Knights Castle In Biskupice - Stage I, Renovation Of The Roof.2. The Task Includes Carrying Out Renovation Works Related To The Replacement Of The Roof Covering Together With Sheet Metal Work On The Building Of The Knights Fort In Biskupice - Brzózki, Plot No. 13/3, Which Includes In Particular: 1) Demolition Of Sheet Metal Work (Flashings, Gutters And Downpipes, Etc.); 2) Demolition Of The Existing Roof Covering Together With Patching; 3) Supplementing The Roofing Felt Insulation Roof; 4) Installation Of Roof Battens And Counter-Battens Together With Their Leveling; 5) Installation Of A Roof Covering Made Of Shingle-Like Sheet Metal; 6) Performance Of New Sheet Metal Flashings (Flashings, Gutter Strips, Etc.); 7) Dismantling And Reassembly, Including The Possible Supplementation Or Replacement Of The Lightning Protection System And Its Testing; 8) Finishing Works For The Above-Mentioned Scope.3. The Contractor Will Perform Construction Works And Deliveries On The Premises Of An Active Facility, Therefore It Is Obliged To Carry Out Works And Deliveries In A Way That Ensures Uninterrupted Operation Of The Facility And In A Way That Does Not Threaten The Safety Of Property And People Staying On Their Premises. The Contractor Undertakes To Cooperate With The Ordering Party In Maintaining Silence And Limiting Noise During The Performance Of Works, Deliveries And Adapting Its Activities To The Operation Of The Facilities. The Contractor Will Each Time Agree With The Ordering Party - In Advance To Make Arrangements With The Staff - The Hours Of Possible Interruptions In The Supply Of Utilities, Operation Of Mechanical Equipment And Noisy Works That May Disturb The Normal Functioning Of Any Of The Above-Mentioned Facilities.4. The Basic Scope Of The Order Includes The Renovation Of The Roof Surface In The Hotel Part Of Grod.5. The Following Elements Are Covered By The Option Right (Each Element Is Covered By A Separate Option Right): 1) Renovation Of The Roof Surface Over The Defensive Walls (Battlements), 2) Renovation Of The Roof Surface Over The Stables.7.
