The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation Together With Obtaining A Decision On A Building Permit In Accordance With The Construction Law And The Public Procurement Law - For The Purposes Of Implementing The Investment Task Titled Reconstruction Of The Roof Of The Winter Stadium At De Gaulle Street - Project. The Aim Of The Study Is To Ensure Full Structural Safety Of The Facility And Its Compliance With Applicable Technical And Construction Regulations And Standards. The Scope Of Work Includes The Following Design Works: Design Documentation Must Include In Particular: 1. Inventory Of The Existing Structure,2. Visualization Of Designed Solutions,3. Performing Excavations And Testing Of Support Elements, Including Reinforced Concrete Brackets And Strength Tests For The Remaining Steel Elements Of The Structure,4. Designing A New Roof Structure In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Current Standards,5. Designing The Strengthening Of The Existing Reinforced Concrete Supports, 6. Making Arrangements With The Municipal Conservator Of Monuments And The Municipal Commission For The Aesthetics Of Urban Space, 7. Visualizing The Designed Solutions, 8. Designing A New System For Monitoring Construction Effort,9. Construction Design,10. Executive Designs Including Construction Details, Reinforcements, Replacement Of Elements And Anti-Corrosion Protection,11. Projects Requiring Reconstruction Or Construction Of New Installations: Electrical, Low-Voltage, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Storm Sewage, Construction Monitoring, Fire Protection And Sound Systems,12. Designing Large Screens In The Central Part Of The Facility,13. Obtaining An Opinion On The Project From A Fire Protection Expert, 14. Developing The Energy Characteristics Of The Facility, 15. Technical Specifications,16. Bills Of Quantities,17. Investor Cost Estimate,18. Development Of Operating Instructions For Roof Coverings Including Snow Removal Rules,19. Preparation Of Documentation In 4-Copy And Electronic Versions, Including The Possibility Of Editing. The Designed Solutions Must Ensure Compliance With The Requirements Of The Load-Bearing And Serviceability Limit States And Take Into Account All Standard Loads, Including Snow, Wind, Assembly Loads And Loads From Existing Installations.
