1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Warehouse Building No. 14 In Suwałki. The Order Should Include The Following: • Construction Works: Demolition And Dismantling Works, Flooring Works: Industrial Layers, Leveling Layers, Terracotta, Stoneware, Bricklaying Works, Plastering Works, Wall Cladding Works - Tiles, Finishing Painting Works, Puttying, Replacement Of Windows And Doors, Construction Of Ceilings Suspended Walls, Construction Of Brick Partition Walls, Other Construction Works, Preparation Of A Schematic Inventory Of The Building In Accordance With The Template (Annex To Swz); • Sanitary Works: Demolition And Dismantling Works, Development Of A Technical Design For The Sanitary Industry In The Field Of Central Heating, Cold And Hot Water, Sanitary Sewage, Mechanical Exhaust Ventilation And Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, Accompanying Construction And Reconstruction Works, Installation Of Central Heating Installations By Integrating Them Into The Existing Installation Distributors, And Installation Of Externally Galvanized, Pressed Steel Pipes And Installation Of Steel Plate Radiators With Fittings, Installation Of Cold And Hot Water Installations From Double Galvanized Steel Pipes With Thermal Insulation In Two Bathroom Rooms On The Ground Floor With The Installation Connected From The Heating Substation Room, Installation Of Pvc Sanitary Sewage Systems For Newly Constructed Sanitary Facilities In Two Bathroom Rooms On The Ground Floor, Installation Of Passages Pipelines In Wet Rooms As Watertight, Installation Of A Mechanical Exhaust Ventilation System Made Of Galvanized Steel In Sanitary Rooms With Connection To The Existing Duct, Performance Of Tightness Tests And Necessary Tests And Adjustments Of All Sanitary Installations, Insulation Of Pipelines; • Electrical Works: Dismantling Works, Installation Works, Measurements And Acceptance Tests. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Annex No. 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 To Swz.2. Place Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order: Building No. 14 In The Military Complex At Aleja Wojska Polskiego No. 21, 16-400 Suwałki. 3. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Subject Of The Contract For The Period: Minimum 36 Months, Maximum 60 Months. 4. Warranty Period: For Physical Defects 36 Months From The Moment Of Final Acceptance Without Comments According To Art. 568 § 1 Of The Civil Code. 5. The Contractor Will Conduct A Free Inspection Once A Year During The Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Contract. 6. Required Deadline For Completing The Order: From 150 Days To 210 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract.
