The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Titled: Construction Of Lighting For Pedestrian Routes As Part Of The Task Titled: Modernization Of Green Areas In The Design And Build Formula In The Praga-Południe District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw. The Order Includes Lighting: 1) The Pedestrian Route Connecting Al. United States With The Saska 3 Housing Estate, 2) A Pedestrian Route Connecting The Bicycle Path With Zwycięzców Street, In Accordance With Applicable Standards, Legal Provisions, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And The Provisions Of The Technical Specification. The Works Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor And Approved By The Ordering Party. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Development Of Two Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Along With The Required Arrangements, Permits, Permits, Decisions And Opinions Required By Special Regulations, B) Provision Of Surveying Services, Including The Marking Out Of Works And An As-Built Surveying Inventory, C) Performance Of Preparatory Works, I.E. Securing The Construction Site - Occupational Health And Safety, Preparation Of A Bioz Plan, Preparation Of Facilities, Surveying, D) Purchase And Delivery Of Lighting Installations, E) Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of Lighting Together With The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure And Connection To The Municipal Network, F) Performance Of All Accompanying And Reconstruction Works Necessary For The Correct And Complete Execution Of The Order, G) Exercising Authors Supervision, H) Preparing As-Built Documentation And Carrying Out All Necessary Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order, I) Notification To Collection Of The Subject Of The Order At The Office Of The Capital City Of Warsaw Warsaws Praga-Południe District And The Municipal Roads Authority And Participation In The Acceptance Process. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Design Documentation All Activities Necessary For The Full Implementation Of The Order And To Perform Them As Part Of The Construction Works. Lighting (The Entire System: Network, Poles, Luminaires And Mounting System) Should Be Adapted To The Requirements Of The Capital City. Warsaw Developed By Zdm.
