The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants As Part Of The Project: Protection Of Naturally Valuable Areas Through The Construction Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants In The Kolbuszowa Commune. Task Co-Financed Under The Project Fepk.02 Energy And Environment, Operation Fepk.02.08 Protection Of Nature And Biodiversity Of The Regional Program European Funds For Podkarpacie For The Years 2021-2027, Project Type Protection Of Naturally Valuable Areas Through The Implementation Of Non-Standard Solutions In The Field Of Sewage Treatment (Construction Of Local Sewage Disposal And Treatment Systems, Including The Construction Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants).2. The Project Is Implemented In The Form Of Projects Addressed To Residents Of Communes (Umbrella Project). 1) Part 1 - Design And Construction Of 9 (In Words: Nine) Home Sewage Treatment Plants On Properties Indicated By The Ordering Party, In The Design And Build Formula; As Part Of The Investment In Question, Design Documentation Should Be Developed For 9 Home Sewage Treatment Plants (Poś). The Number Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants May Change In The Following Cases: A) Resignation From Part Of The Order, If Such Resignation Is Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract In The Event Of Circumstances That Could Not Be Predicted At The Time Of Concluding The Contract - By The Value Of The Unrealized Scope B) Change In The Number (Decrease Or Increase) Of Individual Types Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants Compared To The List Included In The Price Form, Which Is An Annex To The Offer, If Such A Change: Is Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Is The Result Of The Resignation Of Residents (Final Recipients) From The Project, - Is The Result Of Acquiring New Project Participants (Final Recipients), - Is The Result Of The Lack Of Technical Or Legal Possibility Of Constructing A Given Home Sewage Treatment Plant, Changes Will Be Possible Provided That The Ordering Party Obtains The Prior Consent Of The Managing Authority Of The European Funds For Podkarpacie 2021 - 2027 Program.
