The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Performed In Stages: Stage I - Renovation Of The Social Room On The 4Th Floor, Stage Ii - Renovation Of The Bathroom On The 4Th Floor (Next To The Social Room), Stage Iii - Renovation Of Bathroom No. 1 On The Ground Floor, Stage Iv - Renovation Of Bathroom No. 2 (For Disabled People And Mothers With Children) On The Ground Floor, Next To Which: Stage I - Renovation Of The Break Room On The 4Th Floor, Stage Ii - Renovation Of The Bathroom On The 4Th Floor (Next To The Break Room), Stage Iii - Renovation Of Bathroom No. 1 On The Ground Floor, Within 6 Weeks From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Scope Of Work, Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Implementation And Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order Specify:1) Designed Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu) Together With Annexes - Annex No. 6 To The Swz2) Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) - Annex No. 7 To The Swz;3) Stwiorb - Annex No. 8 To The Swz;4) Design Documentation - Annex No. 9 To The Swz;5) Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 10 To The Swz (The Bill Of Quantities Should Be Treated As Only An Auxiliary Element For Calculating The Offer Price, Which Should Take Into Account Any Discrepancies In The Number Of Works Between The Bill Of Quantities And Other Order Documents. The Cost Of Works, The Quantity Of Which Has Been Underestimated In The Bill Of Quantities Or Omitted In It, Is The Contractors Risk And Will Be Considered Included In The Lump Sum Price Of The Offer And, Therefore, In The Contractual Remuneration The Contractor From The Obligation To Perform Them On The Basis Of The Recommended On-Site Inspection, As Part Of The Lump-Sum Remuneration. The Contractor Is Obliged To Calculate The Lump-Sum Remuneration Based On The Technical Knowledge, Documentation Of The Ordering Party And His Own Assessment, Taking Into Account All The Work Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract);All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory.
