The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of A Passenger Lift Adapted To The Needs Of People With Disabilities In The Dps Building In Wierzbica At Ul. Partisan 3. In Particular, The Order Includes: Dismantling Of The Crane Platform;  Demolition Of The Existing External Elevator Shaft;  Construction Of A New Elevator Shaft;  Installation Of A New Elevator Adapted To The Needs Of People With Disabilities. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 1 To This Tor. The Bill Of Quantities Attached To This Swz (Annex No. 1 To The Swz) Is Only An Auxiliary Element That Facilitates The Preparation Of The Offer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Make Calculations Based On The Attached Technical Documentation, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Swz And Annexes To The Swz. The Bill Of Quantities Is An Auxiliary Document And Does Not Exempt The Contractor From Carrying Out An On-Site Inspection, But The Employer Specifies That An On-Site Inspection Is Not Obligatory. The Contractor Will Carry Out The Works At His Own Cost And Risk And Will Provide Surveying Services In Connection With The Works He Performs, And Will Also Obtain An Occupancy Permit (Including From The Office Of Technical Inspection) And Other Decisions That Will Be Required. This Procedure Has Not Been Divided Into Parts, As It Constitutes An Inseparable Whole For Technical, Organizational And Economic Reasons.
