1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Project Titled: Modernization Of The Building Of The City And Commune Office In Głowaczów. The Scope Of Works Includes: - Multifunctional Hall (Session, Civil Registry Office), - Hall In Front Of The Multifunctional Hall, - Staircase Of The Last Floor Of The Commune Office. All Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation (Visualization) And Bill Of Quantities - Appendix To Swz.2. Moreover, Under This Order, The Contractor, At Its Own Expense, Is Obliged To: - Provide A Minimum 36-Month Quality Guarantee For The Construction Works Performed And Construction Materials And Products Used To Complete The Order, - The Subject Of The Order Must Be Made Of New Construction Materials, For Which The Contractor Will Provide Certificates Or Attestations Of Approval For Use At Each Request Of The Supervision Inspector And Will Hand Them Over To The Ordering Party On The Day Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order, - After The Completion Of The Works, But Before The Date Of Their Acceptance, The Work Area Must Be Tidied Up And Returned To A Good Condition, No Worse Than Before The Commencement Of The Works, - Obtain All Legally Required Decisions Authorizing The Use Of The Facility - If Required. 3. Provisions Regarding The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1) The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Design And Bill Of Quantities. 2) The Ordering Party Recommends That The Contractor Conduct A Local Inspection Of The Area Covered By Future Construction Works Under This Order In Order To Become Familiar With The Conditions For The Implementation Of These Works. 3) Handover Of The Construction Site - Will Take Place In The Presence Of The Contractor, The Ordering Party And The Supervision Inspector At A Date Agreed By The Parties. 4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Ordering Party In Writing About Circumstances That May Affect The Failure To Meet The Deadline For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In Deadline Of Up To 7 Days From The Date Of Occurrence Of The Above-Mentioned Circumstances.5) Construction Works Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of Construction Law, Occupational Health And Safety, Fire Protection, Sanitary And Environmental Protection Regulations, Under The Supervision Of Persons Authorized To Carry Out The Works.6) All Materials And Construction Products Used To Complete The Subject Of The Order Must Be New And Must Be Approved For Use In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, And Must Also Meet The Conditions Specified In The Act Of July 7 1994 Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2351, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure And Construction Of November 17, 2016 On The Method Of Declaring The Utility Value Of Construction Products And The Method Of Marking Them With A Construction Mark (Journal Of Laws Of 2
