The Subject Of The Order Is To Improve The Quality Of Public Transport Through The Construction Of Transfer Centers And Parking Lots In The Wałbrzych Agglomeration - Construction Of The Transfer Center In Radków, Divided Into Parts.1.1. Part No. 1. Construction Of A Transfer Center With A Parking Lot In Radków At Ul. Handlowa. The Transfer Center Will Be Located On Plots No. 387/6 And 396 Located Within Radków - 1, Miasto Radków. The Investment Area Is Owned By The Radków Commune. As Part Of The Planned Investment, It Is Planned To Build A Transfer Center - A Parking Lane For 2 Public Transport Buses, Parking Spaces For Passenger Cars (30 Spaces, Including 5 Spaces For Disabled People), Pedestrian And Road Routes Paved With Concrete Blocks, A Pedestrian Route In The Recreational (Green) Area Paved With Mineral Aggregate, A Recreational Green Area With Park Greenery And Small Architecture Elements (Benches, Waste Bins, Bicycle Racks), Lighting Along With Monitoring. Currently, Plots No. 387/6 And 396 Are Wasteland. Most Of The Plot Is Covered With Grass And Self-Seeding Trees. Through Plot 387/6 Along The Western Border There Are Remains Of An Old Road - Partially Paved With A Carved Bay At The End Of The Plot. However, Plot No. 396 Is Undeveloped. The Terrain Is Flat With A Slight Slope Towards The South. From The East, The Area Borders The River. From The West, The Area Borders The Railway Area - The Former Track And Railway Station. In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Site There Are Mixed Buildings, With A Predominance Of Multi-Family Buildings. Access To The Public Road Through The Existing Entrance And Entrances From The North - Entrance From Ul. Handlowa – Plot No. 499 – Will Remain Preserved. As Part Of The Solution In Question, A Transfer Center Will Be Created At Ul. Handlowa In Radków In A Linear Form With The So-Called A Loop At The End Of Plot 387/6 Around Which There Will Be Traffic Of Both Buses And Passenger Vehicles Using The Designed Parking Lot. It Is Assumed That Bicycle Traffic Will Take Place Along Pedestrian Routes To The Bicycle Shelter Located On Plot 396, And Pedestrian Traffic Will Have Access To The Planned Bus Shelter And The Planned Building With Public Toilets, Secured By A Designated Pedestrian Crossing. Vehicular Traffic Along The Island With Parking Spaces Will Be One-Way.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Part No. 1 Is Specified In The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities - Constituting Attachments To Swz.2.1. The Contractor Should Familiarize Himself With The Entire Project And Stwiorb So That During Implementation There Are No Discrepancies Regarding The Construction Of The Facility Itself In Terms Of Quality, Quantity, Adopted Technical Solutions And The Value Of The Entire Investment Specified In The Offer.
