The Subject Of The Order Is Thermal Modernization And Replacement Of Heat Sources In Facilities Performing Cultural, Social And Tourist Functions In The Communes Of The Noworudsko-Radkowski Partnership - Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Municipal Center For Culture, Sports And Tourism In Radków.1.1. Scope Of Work: 1) Replacement Of The Existing Heat Source (Coal Boiler) With A Ground Heat Pump With A Maximum Power Of 60 Kw Cooperating With The Existing Condensing Gas Boiler, Together With The Installation Of A Lower Source In The Form Of Vertical Probes, 2) Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation And Insulation Of The Ceiling Under The Unheated Attic With Mineral Wool With A Minimum Thickness Of 25 Cm (The Floor In The Unused Attic Is Recommended To Be Made Of Osb Boards, On The Side Interior Finishing Of The Insulated Attic Is Recommended To Be Done In The Form Of Sheathing With Gkf Boards) And The Roof With Mineral Wool With A Minimum Thickness Of 25 Cm And Finished With Gkf Boards.3) Disassembly Of The Coal-Fired Boiler,4) Installation Of Heat Pumps In The Existing Boiler Room,5) Drilling Of 14 Vertical Boreholes With A Depth Of 90 M Each,6) Construction Of A Distribution Well And Connection To The Building,7) Directional Drilling Under The Watercourse,8) Connection Of The Pump Heat To The Existing Central Heating Installation And Construction Of A New Central Heating Installation On One Of The Floors, 9) Modernization Of The Hydraulic System And Automation, 10) Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation, 11) Insulation Of The Ceiling, 12) Insulation Of The Roof Slope. The Boreholes For The Lower Heat Source Will Be Located On Plot No. 387/4, Partly Under The Planned Acc. Separate Development Of A Transfer Center. The Construction Of The Transfer Center Will Take Place In Parallel To The Works Carried Out Under The Said Order. Coordination Of Construction Works And Cooperation With The Construction Contractor At The Construction Site Of The Future Transfer Center Will Be Required. 1.2. The Contractors Costs Also Include: 1) Preparation Of A Safety And Health Protection Plan, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law; 2) Preparation Of Surveying And As-Built Documentation, 3) Provision Of Own Surveying Services During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities - Constituting Annexes To Swz.2.1. The Contractor Should Familiarize Himself With The Entire Project And Stwiorb So That During Implementation There Are No Discrepancies Regarding The Construction Of The Facility Itself In Terms Of Quality, Quantity, Adopted Technical Solutions And The Value Of The Entire Investment Specified In The Offer.
