B) Rental Of Equipment For The Renovation Of Municipal Crushed Roads. (Including Operator Support): - Grader - 350 Hours Of Work - Roller - 350 Hours Of Work - Backhoe - Loader 20 Hours Of Work - Self-Unloading Truck - 20 Hours Of Work The Number Of Hours Of Equipment Operation Specified Above And Included In The Offer Form Is Indicative And May Change During The Execution Of The Order.3. Road Crushed Stone And Sand Should Be Suitable For Incorporation During The Renovation Of Gravel Roads And Should Meet The Requirements Of Currently Applicable Standards And Regulations. Additionally, The Sand Should Be Free Of Organic Impurities, Clay Admixtures And Have A Grain Size Of Up To 2 Mm.4. Road Crushed Stone And Sand Will Be Successively Delivered To The Jędrzejów Commune (To The Locations Indicated By The Ordering Partys Representative And According To The Ordering Partys Needs) During The Term Of The Contract. 5. The Equipment Used To Repair Gravel Roads Should Be Technically Efficient.6. The Equipment Will Be Operated By The Contractors Operator, Who Has Appropriate Authorization To Operate The Given Equipment.7. The Equipment Operation Locations Will Be Indicated By The Employers Representative As Needed During The Term Of The Contract.8. The Ordering Party Does Not Cover The Costs Of Travel And Transportation Of The Equipment.
