1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Thermal Modernization Of The Buildings Of The Suszyński Center Of Culture And Tradition And The Museum Of Suszyńskie Stones. It Is Also Planned To Replace The Existing Heat Sources (Electric Radiators In The Museum And An Electric Central Heating Oil Furnace In The Center) With One Source For Two Buildings - A 20 Kw Ground Heat Pump, Along With The Installation Of A Lower Source In The Form Of Vertical Probes.1.1. Scope Of Work: 1) Disassembly Of Existing Heat Sources, 2) Installation Of A Heat Pump In The Technical Room Of The Museum, 3) Drilling 5 Vertical Wells With A Depth Of 90 M Each, 4) Construction Of A Distribution Well And Connections To The Building, 5) Installation Of New Central Heating Installations In Both Buildings - Installation Of Radiators In The Museum Building And Installation Of Underfloor Heating In The Center Building, 6) Connection Of The Heat Pump To The Central Heating, 7) Modernization Of The Hydraulic System And Automation. 8) Thermal Modernization Of External Walls In The Building Center (From The Inside) And In One Of The Rooms In The Museum Building (From The Inside),9) Thermal Modernization Of The Floor On The Ground In The Center Building,10) Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation.1.2. The Contractors Costs Also Include: 1) Preparation Of A Safety And Health Protection Plan, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law; 2) Preparation Of Surveying And As-Built Documentation, 3) Provision Of Own Surveying Services During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities - Constituting Annexes To Swz.2.1. The Contractor Should Familiarize Himself With The Entire Project And Stwiorb So That During Implementation There Are No Discrepancies Regarding The Construction Of The Facility Itself In Terms Of Quality, Quantity, Adopted Technical Solutions And The Value Of The Entire Investment Specified In The Offer. The Contractor Should Familiarize Himself With The Facility And Familiarize Himself With The Issues Of The Task Before Submitting An Offer. Any Doubts, Even If They Would Have Financial Consequences, Should Be Implemented By The Contractor At The Cost Established In The Agreement. Signing The Contract Is The Final Confirmation Of The Adopted Provisions Contained In The Agreement, Stwiorb And The Project.
