Together With Intelligent Monitoring In Accordance With The Attached Technical Documentation Of The Investment Task. The Water Treatment Plant Is Located On Plot No. 126/2 In Złotniki Kujawskie.2. The Scope Of Works Includes: 2.1 Electrical Installation The Ra Switchboard Is To Be Powered From The Drain Field Of The Buildings Main Switchboard. The Ra Switchboard Is Powered By: • Deep Well Pump 1, • Deep Well Pump 2, • Deep Well Pump 3, • Blower • Compressor • Boiler • Chlorinator • 400 V Sockets • 230 V Sockets • External Lighting The Ra Switchboard Should Be Constructed In Two-Door Metal Housing, With Cable Entry From The Bottom. In The Switchboard, Provide Basic Protection With The Door Open. Place The Main Power Switch Knob Outside The Switchboard Door. Equip The Switchgear With A 230V Service Socket. On The Cabinet Facade, Install:• Lights For Power Control,• Switches For Selecting Pump Control In Manual Or Automatic Control Mode,• Switches For Selecting Chrolator Control In Manual Or Automatic Control Mode,• Switches For Selecting External Lighting Control In Manual Or Automatic Control Mode,• Blower Operation Switch• Lamps For Monitoring Failures And Device Operation• Operator Panel The Operator Panel Enables:• Introducing Changes To Set Values, • Tracking The Process Based On Trends, • Archiving Process Data, • Reading Error History2.2 Automation And Control Installation2.2.1 Control Of Submersible Pumps In Wells Pump Control Depending On The Water Level In The Tank Read Using A Water Level Probe. For Optimal Start-Up And Flow Control, Power The Pumps Via Frequency Converters. When The Water Level Drops Below The Minimum Level, Two Pumps (1 And 2) Are Turned On At Full Capacity; When The Maximum Level Is Reached, The Pumps Will Turn Off. The Next Pump Activation Switches To Pumps (2 And 3), Then (3 And 1), Etc. If The Water Consumption Is Greater Than The Capacity Of 2 Pumps, The Third Pump Should Be Activated. In The Event Of A Failure Of One Of The Pumps, Operation Will Be Automatically Taken Over By The Remaining Operational Pumps, Taking Into Account The Level Of Treated Water In The Buffer. If The Water Level In The Buffer Reaches The Maximum Level And The Pumps Are Turned On In Hand Mode, The Pumps Will Turn Off. For Proper Operation Of The Pump System, All Submersible Pumps With The Same Efficiency And Power Should Be Selected. This Selection Eliminates The Choking Effect Of Submersible Pumps With Lower Capacities With More Powerful Pumps. Less Water Loss And Lower Energy Consumption.2.2.2 Chlorinator Controlchlorinator Operation Manual Or Automatic Dosing Depending On The Operation Of Submersible Pumps2.2.3. Controlling External Lightingmanual Or Automatic Control Of External Lighting Based On Time Schedules Or A Twilight Switch 2.2.4. Blower Controloperation Control Using The Operation
