The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of All Construction Works And Activities Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Order In Question In The Material Scope Included In The Technical Documentation For The Expansion Of The Municipal Road Ul. Gawota In The Ursynów District Of The Capital City Warsaw And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works. The Scope Of The Works Covers The Section Of Ul. Gavotte With A Length Of Approximately 716 M. From The Intersection With Ul. Kujawiaka To The Three-Entry Intersection At The Junction Of Ul. Gavotte In The Area Of ​​Ul. Puławska. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Determined By: The Draft Provisions Of The Contract And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) With Annexes (Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Design Documentation, Decision To Authorize The Implementation Of The Road Investment, Detailed Technical Specifications (Hereinafter Referred To As Sst), Agreements, Decision Of The Regional Directorate For Environmental Protection) In Accordance With The List Of Annexes In The Opz. Works Related To The Expansion Of Ul. The Gavottes Will Be Carried Out In Coordination With The Contractor For The Reconstruction Of The Gas Network Located In The Road Area Indicated By Psg Sp. Z O. O. Under The Conditions Specified In The Concluded Agreement. The Designed Gas Network Will Be Constructed On Behalf Of And Under The Supervision Of Psg Sp. Z O. O. By A Contractor Selected Under A Separate Contract. The Road Construction Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Access To The Construction Site For The Construction Of A Gas Network And To Coordinate The Work Schedule With The Gas Network Contractor. Demolition Works Of The Pavement Along The Route Of The Planned Sanitary Sewage System Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor For The Reconstruction Of The Gas Network. Backfilling Of The Gas Network Into The Structural Layers Of The Road Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor Of The Reconstruction Of The Gas Network. The Construction Of The Entire New Road Structure Is The Responsibility Of The Road Contractor.
