The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works Consisting In Strengthening The Roof Structure Of The Western Wing Of The Main Building, Including Insulation And Replacement Of The Suspended Ceiling, Including Reconstruction Of The Roof Structure With Covering And Thermal Insulation, And The Related Reconstruction Of The Mechanical, Electrical And Sanitary Ventilation Installations Of The Western Wing Of The Main Building Of The Vocational School Complex In Oleśnica, Carried Out As Part Of The Task Reconstruction Of The Roof And Improvement Of The Energy Efficiency Of The Main Building Of The Vocational School Complex In Oleśnica. The Task Is Financed As Part Of An Investment Loan From The National Recovery And Resilience Plan As Part Of Investment B3.4.1. Investments For The Green Transformation Of Cities.4. The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: 1) Reconstruction And Strengthening Of The Roof Structure Of The Western Wing Of The Main Building, Together With Insulation And Replacement Of The Suspended Ceiling In The Building Of The Vocational School Complex; 2) Superstructure Of Partition Walls; 3) Reconstruction Of Selected Electrical Installations; 4) Installation Of A Mechanical Ventilation System Using A Supply And Exhaust Ventilation Unit With Heat Recovery, Located On The Roof Of The Building. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Determined By: 1) General Construction Industry: Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design, Executive Design, Technical Specification For Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior), Building Permit, Bill Of Quantities (Supporting Document), 2) Electrical Industry: Technical Design, Detailed Design, Technical Specification For Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior), Bill Of Quantities (Supporting Document), 3) Sanitary Industry: Technical Design, Detailed Design, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior), Bill Of Quantities (Supporting Document),4) The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Its Implementation Are Also Regulated By The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 5) Specification Of The Terms Of Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz. Bills Of Quantities Constitute Auxiliary Documents And Therefore Do Not Constitute The Basis For The Valuation Of The Subject Of The Order.
