The Scope Of The Contractors Obligations Related To The Implementation Of This Order Also Includes Additional Services Related To The Commencement, Performance And Completion Of Construction Works Constituting The Subject Of This Order, Including In Particular: 1) Taking Over The Construction Site For The Duration Of The Construction Works Under This Order, Its Appropriate Preparation, Security And Maintenance; 2) Obtaining, Purchasing And Delivering To The Place Of Execution Of The Order (Construction Site) The Necessary Products, Materials And Construction Equipment; 3) Selection, Commissioning And Maintaining The Works Throughout Period Of Implementation Of The Works By The Appropriate Construction Staff, Including Managerial Staff In The Person Of The General Construction Industry Works Manager, The Sanitary Industry Works Manager And The Electrical Industry Works Manager With Authorizations To Perform Independent Technical Functions In Construction In A Specialty Entitling Them To Manage Works In The General Construction Industry, The Sanitary Industry And The Electrical Industry, Respectively; 4) Carrying Out Works Related To The Removal Of Rubble And Demolition Waste From The Construction Site And Their Management (Removal From The Construction Site, Storage In A Landfill, Disposal, Etc.), In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Documentation Referred To In Section V, Section 2 Swz And The Legal Provisions Applicable In This Regard;5) Replacing Doors With Ei 30 Doors;6) Replacing Carpets;7) Filling And Painting Walls And Ceilings;8) Replacing Fixtures And Electrical Equipment; 9) Replacement Of Windows; 10) Replacement Of Tiles And Terracotta; 11) Replacement Of The Electrical Installation; 12) Replacement Of The Water And Sewage System; 13) Replacement Of Sanitary Fittings; 14) Installation Of Permanent Structures; 15) Granting The Ordering Party A Minimum 60-Month Warranty (Calculated From The Date Of Final Acceptance Referred To In § 13, Sections 6-15 Of The Model Agreement) Of Construction Works Performed Under This Order, As Well As Construction Products, Materials And Devices Incorporated, Installed Or Otherwise Used In The Execution Of These Works; 16) Preparation Of A Safety And Health Protection Plan Referred To In The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law And In The Implementing Regulations To This Act;17) Removal Of All Defects And Defects Under The Granted Warranty And Under The Liability Under The Warranty For Defects;18) Others Specified In The Template Agreement And The Annexes Of The Swz Referred To In Section V, Section 2 Swz.
