1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Documentation For The Expansion Of Provincial Road No. 574 On The Dobrzyków - Góry Małe Section. The Documentation Should Include The Following Studies: 1.1. Geotechnical And Geological Documentation1.2. Construction Design (Pzt + Pab)1.3. Demolition Project1.4. Maps Containing Real Estate Division Designs 1.5. Attachments To The Application For Issuing A Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of A Road Investment 1.6. Attachments To The Application For Water Law Consent 1.7. Permanent Traffic Organization Project1.8. Technical/Executive Design1.9. Technical Specifications1.10. Investor Cost Estimate2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Part Iv Of The Swz - Technical Specification.3. If The Developed Design Documentation Indicates Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Product Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Designer Is Obliged To Allow Equivalent Solutions. If The Design Documentation Refers To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Designer Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.4. During The Execution Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Current Civil Liability Insurance Policy In The Scope Identical To The Scope Of The Service Entrusted To Perform And For A Guarantee Sum Not Lower Than Pln 200,000.00. A) The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Policy Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Above-Mentioned Requirement Within No Longer Than 7 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. B) If The Contractor Fails To Submit The Policy Within 3 Months Of Signing The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Be Entitled To Withdraw From The Contract For Reasons Attributable To The Contractor. C) The Ordering Party Allows For A Situation In Which The Contractor Will Systematically Present, During The Duration Of The Contract, Policies Confirming The Possession Of Third Party Liability Insurance Meeting The Above-Mentioned Parameters Instead Of One Policy For The Entire Duration Of The Contract.
