Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Road On The Śródka - Zimin Section In The Kleszczewo Commune Using The Design And Build Formula.

The Subject Of The Order Is An Investment Project Covering The Design, Obtaining The Required Administrative Decisions, Including The Decision On The Building Permit And The Final Decision On The Use Permit Or Reporting The Completion Of Construction Works Together With A Certificate Of No Grounds For Objection To The Use, And The Execution Of The Task Of Building A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles On The Śródka - Zimin Section Along The District Road No. 2447P (From The Intersection With The Provincial Road Dw434) Along With Its Widening. 2. The Investment Project Also Includes Carrying Out An Inventory Of The Existing Condition, Which Has An Impact On The Design And Implementation Of The Facility, Preparing Property Divisions, Obtaining A Decision On A Water And Legal Permit, If Required, Obtaining A Zrid Decision, Preparing Bills Of Quantities, Developing Traffic Organization With Approval For The Duration Of The Works, Developing And Obtaining Approval Of The Target, Permanent Traffic Organization. 3. The Exact Scope Of Work Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program, Which Is An Annex To This Procedure.4. The Contractor Will Implement The Investment In Accordance With The Dnsh Principle (Do No Significant Harm) Referred To In Regulation (Eu) 2020/852. The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Technical, Technological And Organizational Solutions That Do Not Cause Significant Damage To Environmental Goals, In Particular In The Field Of: Climate Change Mitigation, Adaptation To Climate Change, Appropriate Use And Protection Of Water And Sea Resources, Protection Of The Ground And Water Environment, Closed-Circuit Economy, Including Waste Prevention And Recycling, Prevention And Control Of Air, Water Or Land Pollution, And Protection And Restoration Of Biodiversity And Ecosystems. The Materials, Devices And Technologies Used Should Be Characterized By Rational Use Of Resources, Reduction Of Emissions And Waste, And Durability Throughout The Entire Life Cycle Of The Facility.5. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed Taking Into Account In The Design Documentation, And Then In The Works Performed On Its Basis, Elements Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs By Using Universal Design Or Rational Improvements, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs.
