This Will Only Happen In Extreme, Sporadic Situations (Legal Basis: Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of October 27, 2023 On The Preparation And Use Of Medical Entities For State Defense Needs (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2482) And The Act Of March 11, 2022 On The Defense Of The Homeland (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 825, As As Amended).C) Collecting Dirty Gn Containers After Separating Meals And Washing Them On Their Own, The Ordering Party Will Separate The Meals On Its Own, The Ordering Party Requires The Use Of Disposable Dishes (Plates, Cups, Etc., Or Other Disposable Dishes Approved For Contact With Food And Having Appropriate Certificates And Quality Marks) - The Cost Of Disposal Of Used Dishes Is The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party. It Is Not Possible To Wash Containers And Dishes At The Ordering Partys Facilities. In The First Week Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Provide Disposable Plastic Cutlery In The Amount Of 500 Spoons, 500 Forks, 500 Knives And 500 Teaspoons For The Duration Of The Contract, As Well As 500 Disposable Cups For Hot Drinks. Dirty Gn Containers And Other Transport Containers May Be Collected During The Delivery Of Subsequent Meals, I.E. Collection Of Containers From Breakfast When Delivering Lunches And Dinners; Collecting Lunch And Dinner Containers While Delivering Breakfast The Next Morning. D) Providing Containers For Post-Consumer Waste And Collecting This Waste With The Simultaneous Delivery Of New Containers
