Provision Of A Permanent Service To The Ordering Party By The Contractor Consisting In 24/7 Direct Physical Protection Of The Termy Maltańskie Complex In Poznań (Hereinafter Referred To As The Complex Or Facilities), Protection Of Persons And Property Located Within The Complex, Protection Of The Complexs Employees Transferring Money Inside And Outside The Complex, And Monitoring Of The Complex Zones, Anti-Robbery And Fire Alarm Signals, As Well As Ensuring The Arrival Of Intervention Groups In If Necessary And At Each Request Of The Ordering Party (Hereinafter Referred To As The Protection Service), In Accordance With This Agreement And Legal Provisions, In Particular In Accordance With The Act Of August 22, 1997 On The Protection Of Persons And Property (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 532, Hereinafter Referred To As The Act). Note: The Complex Is Treated As A Higher-Risk Facility.
