The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Warranty And Post-Warranty Service Of The Plug-In Charger And Training. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 1 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting An Annex To Swz.4. Moreover, When Performing The Service, The Contractor Should Take Into Account The Guidelines For The Dnsh Contractor Constituting An Annex To Swz.5. The Order Is Co-Financed Under The Development Plan: National Recovery And Resilience Plan - Zero-Emission Public Transport. National Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management.6. Contractor Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Or Subcontractor Will Be Obliged To: Employ Persons Under An Employment Contract To Perform Activities Related To The Execution Of The Order, The Performance Of Which Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Items 1510, 1700, 2140, Of 2023, Item 240) The Following Activities: - Not Applicable7.
