Description Of The Existing Conditionthe District Road No. 1108W Olszowa - Ulów - Klwów Is A Through Road With A Road Cross-Section With Shoulders And Ditches On Both Sides, The Road Width Is 5.50 M. The Beginning Of The Study Is Located At The Intersection With The District Road No. 1110W Kostrzyn - Jabłonna And The End Is At The District Border, The Width Of The Road Is From 10.0 M To 14.0 M. The Road Along The Length Of The Reconstruction Runs Through Uninhabited Areas. On The Section Planned For Reconstruction, The District Road Forms One Intersection With District Road No. 1110W. There Is Technical Infrastructure In The Road Area. The End Of The Study Is Located At The District Border (The Border Of The Plot Constituting The Road). The Scope Of The Study Is Marked In Annex No. 2B. Kilometer Of The Reconstruction: From Km 2 + 797 To Km 4 + 737, The Total Length Of The Section To Be Reconstructed Is Approx. 1,970 M. 2. Design Assumptions2.1. Design Data: As Part Of The Reconstruction, The Surface Should Be Strengthened By Leveling And A New Wearing Course. In Places Where The Load-Bearing Capacity Is Lost, The Road Structure Should Be Replaced. Road Drainage Should Be Designed Within The Road Area. A New Design For Permanent Traffic Organization Should Be Developed For The Whole.2.1.2 Road Drainage:1. In Connection With Existing Green Areas, Drainage Should Be Planned Using Them. - If It Is Not Possible To Drain Water In The Above-Mentioned Manner, Other Technical Solutions Should Be Proposed.2.2 The Documentation Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge.2.3 The Design Documentation Should Be Prepared In A Complete State From The Point Of View Of The Purpose It Is To Serve.2.4 The Design Documentation Will Be The Basis For The Implementation Of Construction Works.2.5 The Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Should Be Developed In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Ministers Regulation Infrastructure Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program. The Bill Of Quantities Should Take Into Account The Maximum Possible Consolidation Of Individual Construction Works.
