The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Mobile Stage With Dimensions Of 6Mx8m - A Task Carried Out Under The Village Fund For 2026 - A Joint Venture Of The Villages Of The Jabłonka Commune.2. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order In Question, The Contractor Will Purchase And Deliver A Mobile Stage In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, Constituting Annex No. 8 To Swz.3. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Delivered To The Commune Office In Jabłonka, Ul. 3-Go Ma-Ja 1, 34-480 Jabłonka.4. The Offered Subject Of The Contract Must Meet The Requirements Specified In This Swz.5. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New And Of Full Value And Must Not Bear Any Signs Of Use Or Damage In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, In Complete Condition, I.E. Guaranteeing Use As Intended Without Additional Purchases Of Elements And Accessories, Ready For Use. 6. If The Ordering Party Refers To Any Standards, Approvals Or Certificates In The Content Of The Swz Or In Its Annexes, The Contractor May Use Standards, Approvals Or Certificates Equivalent To Them.7. The Ordering Party Informs That The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Specified In Annex No. 8 To The Swz - Presents The Minimum Requirements. If Trademarks, Patents Or Elements Indicating The Place Of Origin Of The Product Appear Anywhere In The Content, They Are Only Exemplary And The Contractor Has The Option Of Using Equivalent Solutions In This Case. Any Changes And Deviations In The Specifications May Under No Circumstances Result In A Reduction In Their Quality Values, A Reduction In Operational Durability, An Increase In Operating Costs Or Functional Changes In The Designed Solutions.8. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months And A Maximum Of 48 Months - Counting From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol By The Ordering Party. The Implementation Of The Warranty Provisions Will Take Place On The Terms Set Out In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
