1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Telecommunications Services By The Contractor To The Ordering Party, Within The Country And The Eu, In The Gsm Standard, Within The Meaning Of The Electronic Communications Act (Pke) (Uniform Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1221, As Amended). In The Scope Of The Services Provided, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Voice Communication, Text (Sms), Multimedia (Mms), Data Transmission, Access To Internet Resources To Provide The Services Listed In Annex No. 2 To The Swz.2) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Conditions For The Provision Of Telecommunications Services, Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Opz).
