3. Description Of The Subject Of The Order 3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is: A Comprehensive Service Consisting In Providing Therapeutic Support In The Field Of Sensory Integration (Si) To Children Aged 6 Months To 12 Years, Including The Implementation Of Therapy In A Specialized And Equipped Therapeutic Laboratory. At Least 9 Children And A Maximum Of 35 Children Will Be Supported. The Service Is To Cover A Maximum Of 420 Hours, Regardless Of The Number Of Children Who Will Participate In The Classes, And A Minimum Of 370 Hours. Support Will Be Provided To Children With Diagnosed Or Suspected Difficulties In Sensory Processing, Requiring Systematic Therapeutic Interventions. The Service Includes Conducting Sensory Integration Therapy In Accordance With The Individual Needs Of Children, Using Specialized Therapeutic Aids. The First Meeting Is To Be A Diagnostic Meeting, After Which The Contractor Prepares A Written Diagnosis For Each Child, Along With Recommendations. The Contractor Provides An Equipped Si Room And A Snoezelen World Experience Room, Both Rooms In The Same Building And Located In Kluczbork County. 3.2.
