The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Aggregate For The Needs Of Road Grading In The Trzcianka Forest District. 3.2. Delivery Of Aggregate For The Needs Of Road Grading In The Trzcianka Forest District In The Amount Of: • 500 Tons - Crushed Pebbles With A Grain Size Of 3/63 Mm; • 1,500 Tons - Construction Rubble (With A Grain Size Of 3/63 Mm With A Maximum Admixture Of 10% Rubble Brick);• 600 Tons - Joint Venture. 3.3. The Contractor Will Provide Means Of Transport Enabling The Successive Delivery Of Material And Unloading. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Require The Contractor To Perform Some Deliveries By Means Of A Two-Axle Truck Due To Field Conditions. 3.4. Deliveries Will Be Made On The Basis Of Orders Submitted To The Contractor By Telephone Or E-Mail By The Ordering Partys Representative. These Orders Will Include The Exact Location, Completion Date And Scope Of Delivery.
