The Subject Of The Order Is: Supply Of Compressed Natural Gas Cng For Miejski Zakład Komunikacji Spółka Z O. O. In Ostrołęka. 1) Delivery Of Fuel In The Form Of Compressed Natural Gas Cng Intended To Power The Ordering Partys Vehicles, By Securing The Fuel Refueling Site By The Contractor At A Distance Of No More Than 10 Kilometers From The Ordering Partys Headquarters, Located At Ul. Kołobrzeska 1, 07 - 410 Ostrołęka.2) Cng Gas Fuel Will Be Delivered On The Basis Of The Contract Successively For A Period Of 4 Months. Requirements For Cng Gas Fuel: 1. Cng Gas Fuel Must Meet The Requirements Of The Following Legal Provisions And Standards Regarding Methane Fuel To Power Combustion Engines: 1) Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of June 30, 2016 (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 1094) On Quality Requirements For Compressed Natural Gas (Cng). 2) Group E Natural Gas Quality Requirements According To The Current Standard Pn-C-04753:2011 Natural Gas. The Quality Of Gas Supplied To Customers From The Distribution Network.3) Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of October 14, 2016 (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 1763) On Methods For Testing The Quality Of Compressed Natural Gas (Cng).4) Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of July 8, 2011 (Journal Of Laws Of 2011, No. 153, Item 908) On The Method Of Sampling Compressed Natural Gas (Cng).5) Current Standard Pn-En Iso 15403-1 Natural Gas. Gas Used As Compressed Fuel For Vehicles.2. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party Once A Month With A Quality Certificate Of The Supplied Cng Gas Fuel, Containing Information On The Parameters Of The Supplied Cng Gas Fuel (In Particular Density, Calorific Value, Heat Of Combustion). The Contractor Will Ensure The Supply Of 79,696 Kg Of Cng Compressed Natural Gas Fuel During The Term Of The Contract, In Monthly Quantities Adapted To The Needs Of The Ordering Party (An Average Of 19,924 Kg Of Cng Per Month). The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Make Quantitative Changes To The Subject Of The Order, And The Quantities Indicated Above Should Be Treated As Estimates. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims For A Reduction In The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order In A Given Month. The Actual Amount Of Compressed Natural Gas (Cng) Fuel Delivered Will Result From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Reserves That During The Implementation Of The Contract, The Amount Of Delivered Compressed Natural Gas (Cng) May Change By +/- 65% And This Will Not Constitute A Basis For Changing The Terms Of The Contract, While The Minimum Quantity Of Delivery Referred To In The Preceding Sentence Is 27,893.60 Kg.
