Tenders Are Invited For Organizing A Trip To Ireland For An Intensive English Language Course For Students And Teachers Of A General High School In Koronów

Scope And Description Of The Subject Of The Order1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization Of A Trip To Ireland For Intensive English Language Courses For: 8 Students (General Language At Level B1+/B2), 2 Teachers (Two Individual Courses At Level C1+/C2),2) The Trip Is Of An Educational Nature. 3) The Contractor Must Ensure Comprehensive Organization Of The Trip And Stay, Which Includes: Transport, Hotel Services, Meals And Organization Of Educational And Educational-Cultural Activities. 4) Implementation Date: April 11-18, 2026.5) Place Of Service: Dublin, Ireland.6) The Final Trip Plan Will Be Agreed With The Ordering Party And The School Immediately Before The Trip And Will Be Tailored To The Needs Of The Target Group. 7) The Ordering Party Assumes That All Participants Of The Trip Will Be Adults, If There Are Minors Among The Participants Of The Trip, The Guardian (Trip Leader), Who Is To Be Available To The Participants Of The Trip During The Entire Trip, Should Be Present During The Teaching Activities, Together With The Minor Participants. The Ordering Party Allows For Such A Possibility Based On The Interpretation Of The Ministry Of Justice, Which States That If It Is Not Possible To Verify A Person Authorized To Operate And The Meeting Takes Place Under The Constant Supervision Of A Verified Guardian, The Risk Of Harm Does Not Arise.8) Before The Start Of The Course, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With The Program And Schedule Of The Course Prepared For The Purposes Of The Subject Order And Obtain Its Approval.9) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Ordering Partys Requirements Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. (Hereinafter Opz)10) The Educational And Cultural Program Will Be Assessed Within The Adopted Offer Evaluation Criterion. In The Offer, The Contractor Will Indicate What Educational And Cultural Activities Will Be Offered To The Participants Of The Trip. 11) The Ordering Party Has Divided The Attractions It Has Specified As Follows: A) The Required Basic Scope Is To Include: - Participation In An Irish Evening With A Traditional Irish Dinner And An Irish Dance Show, - Evening Participation In A Selected Theater Performance. - Visiting St. Patricks Cathedral, Dublin Castle. Walk Around Grafton, - Visit To The Dublin Museum (Entrance), In Particular The Exhibition Devoted To The Viking Age And Medieval Dublin. - Visit To The Irish Rock N Roll Museum And Participation In The Irish Dance Workshop (Entrance) In Order To Learn The Basic Steps Of Traditional Irish Dance And The Culture From Which It Comes. - Travel By Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour With An Open Roof (Possibility To See The Most Important Attractions Of Dublin). - Trip Full-Day Trip Outside Dublin Including At Least A Trip To The Cliffs Of Moher, A Visit To Bunratty Castle, A Cruise On The Shannon River, B) Additional Scope Including At Least Three Of The Indicated Attractions:
