Scope Of Cleaning Works:1) In Buildings:A) Performing Daily Cleaning Works:• Cleaning Of Office And Auxiliary Areas And Passageways, Including Stoneware, Terracotta, Stone, Doormats;• Vacuuming Floor Coverings, Regular Removal Of Stains From Carpets;• Washing Floors In Staircases, Corridors, Courtrooms, Office And Auxiliary Rooms;• Abrasion Dust From Furniture, Objects And Equipment In The Rooms, Such As: Printers, Computer Casings, Telephones, Photocopiers;• Washing Mirrors, Containers For: Soap, Toilet Paper, Towels;• Washing And Disinfecting Sanitary Equipment, Including Toilet Seats;• Emptying Waste Bins And Taking Their Contents To A Designated Storage Place On The Property, Replacing Garbage Bags In Bins, Washing Bins;• Cleaning Passenger Lift (Elevator); B) Carrying Out Cleaning Works Periodically, Depending On The Need: • Vacuuming The Upholstery Of Chairs And Armchairs, Removing Their Stains On An Ongoing Basis; • Removing Cobwebs, Dust, Dirt From Walls, Ventilation Grilles, Ceilings, Lamps, Pictures, Window Sills, Balustrades, Information Boards; • Washing Contacts, Light Switches, Radiators, Window Sills; • Washing The Outside And Inside Of The Building: Windows (At Least Twice A Year: Early Spring And Before The Winter Season), Aluminum Doors, Internal Door Joinery, Balustrades, Tiles;• Vacuuming And Washing Vertical Blinds (In Bathrooms), Roller Blinds, Verticals;• Removing Scale From Fittings, Washbasins, Urinals, Toilet Bowls;• Anti-Slip Protection Of Floors In Corridors And Staircases; • Removing Dust From Flowers In The Building; • Watering Flowers Located In Communication Routes; • Periodic Cleaning Of The Library, Meeting Rooms, Utility Rooms/Warehouses; Server Room, Friendly Interrogation Room;• Periodic Cleaning Of Archive Rooms - Once A Week;• Periodic Cleaning Of Detention Rooms With Adjacent Sanitary Facilities, Communication Route And Staircase - Two Or Three Times A Week (After Convoys), • Periodic Cleaning Of The Garage Hall (Twice A Year);• Defrosting And Washing Refrigerators (13 Pieces) - Min.
