1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Plant Protection Products (Herbicides, Fungicides, Insecticides), Adjuvant, Micronutrient Fertilizers And Growth Regulator To The Research And Teaching Station Of The Pomeranian University In Słupsk In The Assortment And Quantities Specified In Annex No. 2 To Idw - Assortment And Quantity Form.2. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Have The Necessary Documents, Permits, Certificates, Etc. Required By Law And By The Ordering Party In Polish. The Contractor Will Provide The Documents To The Ordering Party Together With The Subject Of The Order.3. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Additional Services (E.G. Transport, Insurance During Transport, Loading, Unloading, Etc.) Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Part Iii Of This Swz.5. The Conditions For The Execution Of The Order Are Also Specified In The Contract Template (Part Ii Of The Swz).
