The Purchase Concerns A Unitary Assembly, In Which The Components Are Functionally And Operationally Interdependent, And Cannot Be Used Individually In The Absence Of The Others. Thus, The Acquisition Does Not Refer To Distinct Elements, But To A Complete System, In Which: Van-Type Van, Configured And Adapted For Special Use In Research, Including For The Transport And Operation Of Equipment; Measuring Tower (Mast), Mounted On A Van, Equipped With A Support, Fixing And Securing System In The Tight Position During Movement; Arranging And Equipping The Interior Space Of The Van To Allow For The Installation, Protection, Powering And Safe Operation Of The Scientific Equipment And Accessories Of The Measuring Tower. The Measurement Functional Component Represents The Operational Core Of The Eems Mobile Measurement Tower Platform And Grounds The Inclusion Of Related Equipment And Accessories As Inseparable Elements Of The System.
