Project Management Services Other Than For Construction Work – Rovk Project Manager Seb Checks On The Construction Site. The Assignment Concerns The Deployment Of A Project Manager For The Coordination Of Seb Checks On Construction Sites In The Context Of The Clean And Emission-Free Construction (Seb) Program. The Project Manager Is Responsible For The Organization And Management Of Checks On Compliance With Agreements Regarding The Use And Emissions Of Construction Equipment, Coordination With Involved Clients, Contractors And Inspection Parties, And The Assessment And Reporting Of Inspection Results. A Framework Agreement Is Concluded With The Selected Contractor For The Deployment Of One Professional For An Average Of Approximately 16 Hours Per Week, With An Initial Term Of One Year And The Option Of Extension For A Maximum Of Two Twelve Months. The Total Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement Is Eur 356,400 Excluding Vat And Is Based On A Commitment Of 40% (16 Hours Per Week). The Framework Agreement Will Be Entered Into For A Period Of Approximately One (1) Year (Until April 1, 2027, With A Possibility Of Extension Twice For A Period Of One (1) Year.
