The Main Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Support The Activities Of The Contracting Authority By Attracting External Contractors To Provide Expert Technical Assistance In Carrying Out The Activities Of Organization, Management And Reporting Of The Project. The Use Of Expert Services Will Ensure The Process Of Quality And Timely Implementation And Reporting Of The Project In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Environment Program 2021-2027 And The Applicable European And National Legislation.
