The Framework Agreement Will Be Executed By The Conclusion Of Subsequent Contracts And The Issuance Of Purchase Orders Under The Conditions Of The Specifications. The Details Of The Missions Entrusted To The Holder Appear In The Specifications. The Services Are Regulated By Fixed And Unit Prices. The Estimated Amounts Are Indicative And Include All Renewal Periods. The Services Concern The Project Management Missions Described In The Cctp. The Missions That Can Be Entrusted To The Project Manager Are Complete Or Partial Project Management Missions Relating To: O Rehabilitation Work On Port Structures O Reconstruction Work On Port Structures. This Framework Agreement Applies Only To Rehabilitation Operations And Major Maintenance And Repair Work On Existing Port Structures, And For Which The Estimated Budget Allocated To The Work Is Less Than Or Equal To 10 M Euro(S) Excluding Tax. The Region Reserves The Right To Resort, If Necessary, To A Separate Consultation Procedure For The Appointment Of A Project Manager When Certain Operations Present A Particular Level Of Complexity Or Challenge. This Decision Will Be Based On Objective And Duly Motivated Elements, Relating In Particular To The Nature Of The Work, Their Importance, Or The Technical And Functional Constraints Identified. The Issue Means The Consequences Of The Work On Security, Operation And Continuity Of Port Service, Protection Of The Public Maritime Domain And The Coastal Environment, As Well As On The Economic And Strategic Interests Of The Port.
