Is A Special Education And Counseling Center That Teaches, Promotes And Accompanies Children And Young People In Everyday School Life With A Focus On Mental And Sometimes Physical Development. The School Relies On Reliable, Safe And Professionally Organized Transport Services For The Daily Transport Of Its Students (M/F/D). The Children And Young People Affected Cannot Or Only Insufficiently Use Public Transport Due To Their Individual Needs And Limitations. Therefore, Qualified School Transport In Exempt Transport Is Required. For The 2026/2027 School Year And The Following School Years Up To 2029/2030, Daily Transport Services Must Be Provided Between Residences Or Follow-Up Care And The Torwiesenschule. In Addition, There Are Special Trips Such As Long-Term Special Trips (E.G. Swimming Pool Visits) And Event-Related Individual Special Trips (E.G. Internships, Excursions). The Number Of Students (M/F/D) To Be Transported As Well As The Need For Wheelchair Spaces And Accompanying Persons Can Vary Annually. Accordingly, There Are Comprehensive Organizational, Technical And Personnel Requirements To Ensure Safe And Reliable Transport Services At All Times. Objective The Aim Of The Award Procedure Is To Find A Contractor Who Will Take On The Transport Task Of The Torwiesenschule Stuttgart For The Advertised Period, Reliably And With High Quality. The Focus Is On Ensuring Safe And Barrier-Free School Transport, Ensuring The Necessary Organizational Structures And Compliance With All Legal And Professional Requirements.
