Vocational Rehabilitation Services – Measure For Activation And Professional Integration In Accordance With Section 16 Paragraph 1 Sentence 2 No. 2 Sgb Ii I. V. M. § 45 Para. 1 Sentence 1 No. 1 And 3 Sgb Iii - Activation And Mediation Measure: Set And Achieve Goals. The Aim Of The Measure Is To Promote The Willingness To Participate In The Integration Process And To Stabilize The Ability To Work Through The Development Of Individual Goals And Support In Achieving Them. Goals Should Be Developed With The Participants That Promote The Integration Process And Are Both Attractive And Realistically Achievable For The Participants. This Is Intended To Increase The Motivation Of The Individual And Enable The Development Of Perspectives. The Contractor Supports The Achievement Of An Individual Goal. Through New Perspectives And Experiences Of Success Through (Partial) Goals, The Motivation And Self-Efficacy Of The Participants Should Be Strengthened In Order To Sustainably Reduce Barriers To Placement And Enable Subsequent Introduction To The Job Market.
