Sorø Municipality Offers A Developers Consultant Contract (The Builders Consultant Contract) Regarding The Co-Location Of The Regnbuen Daycare Center With Ruds Vedby School. The Project Is Being Carried Out As A Conversion And Extension At The Schools Address In Ruds Vedby And Aims To Establish A Solution That Includes Two Nursery Groups And Two Kindergarten Groups (A So-Called 2+2 Solution) As Well As Creating The Possibility Of Later Expansion, All With Particular Emphasis On A Good Indoor Climate, Acoustics And Sound Reduction. The Project Requires The Preparation And Adoption Of A New Local Plan As Well As The Associated Municipal Plan Supplement. These Prerequisites And Functional Requirements Appear In The Program Outline, Which Is Included In The Tender Material. The Project Is Also Anchored In Sorø Municipalitys Vision And Planning Strategy 2026 And In The Municipalitys Climate Action Plan (Dk2020). This Means That Client Consultant The Offered Item Includes Client Advice To Sorø Municipality In Relation To The Co-Location Of The Regnbuen Daycare Center With Ruds Vedby Skole, Including Preparation, Organization And Implementation Of The Necessary Client Processes Up To And Including The Conclusion Of A Contract With The General Contractor As Well As Client Advice During Execution. The Clients Advice Concerns Alterations And Extensions In The Order Of Approx. 750–1,000 M² With The Establishment Of A 2+2 Solution (2 Nursery Groups And 2 Kindergarten Groups) With The Possibility Of Later Expansion, Cf. Program Proposal – Ruds Vedby (27.01.2026 And Rev. 19.02.2026). The Clients Advisor Must, Immediately After Signing The Contract, Prepare And Submit A Sufficient Application To Sorø Municipality For The Preparation Of A Local Plan And Necessary Municipal Plan Supplement. Prior To Submission, The Building Consultant Prepares - On The Basis Of The Program Outline And The Three Previous Location Scenarios - A Recommended Location Proposal For The Developers Approval.
