The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Photovoltaic Power Plant With An Installed Capacity Of Up To 1 Mwp And An Energy Storage Facility Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure And The Construction Of A Transformer Station And An Sn-15Kv Connection. 2. The Scope Of Works Covered By This Detailed Design Includes The Following Elements: ▪ Installation Of Photovoltaic Modules And Inverters To The Structure, ▪ Installation Of An Energy Storage Facility Along With The Construction Of Lv Cabling To The Transformer Station, ▪ Construction Of Lv Dc Cable Lines From The Photovoltaic Modules To The Inverters, ▪ Construction Of Lv Ac Cable Lines From The Inverters To The Transformer Station, ▪ Construction Of Mv Cable Lines From The Transformer Station, ▪ Construction Of A Monitoring System For The Operation Of The Photovoltaic Installation, ▪ Construction Of Equalization Connections. 2. In The Case Of Using Materials, Devices, Products Or Equivalent Solutions Within The Meaning Of Art. 99 Section 5 Or Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate Them In The Offer And To Submit, Together With The Offer, Technical Sheets Or Other Documents Confirming That The Offered Offer/Equivalent Solutions Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Described In The Subject Of The Order. If The Contractor Does Not Submit The Above-Mentioned Documents Or The Submitted Documents Will Be Incomplete (Thus Not Confirming The Equivalence Of The Offer In The Scope Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order). The Ordering Party Will Not Request Their Submission/Supplementation. 3. During The Implementation Of The Contract, At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present Safety Signs For The Indicated Materials, A Declaration Of Conformity Or Technical Approval Or A Certificate Of Compliance With The Polish Standard Transposing European Standards Or A Standard Of The Member States Of The European Economic Area Transposing This Standard Or Other Standards Or Documents, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law. 4. Whenever The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Technical Documentation, Mentions Polish Standards, It Should Be Understood As Polish Standards Transposing European Standards Or Standards Of Other Member States Of The European Economic Area Or Other Standards Or Documents Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 Of The Act. 5.
