Health And Social Work Services – Procurement For The Execution Of Personal Assistance Including Basic Responsibilities. The Assignment Includes The Execution Of Personal Assistance According To Ch. 51. The Social Insurance Code, Sfb (2010:110) And According To The Act On Support And Services For Certain Disabled People, Lss (1993:387), For Children, Young People And Adults Who Are Registered In The Municipality Of Västerås. The Executor Will Be Tasked With: * Performing Personal Assistance According To The Social Insurance Code, Sfb, Ch. 51. * Perform Personal Assistance In Accordance With Section 9 Point 2 According To The Agency On Support And Service For Certain Disabled People, Lss (1993:387). The Task Includes: * The Contractor Is Obliged To Receive, Perform And Maintain Personal Assistance For The Individuals With A Decision On Assistance Compensation And Where The Individual Has Chosen The Municipality As The Contractor. * The Executor Is Obliged To Receive, Carry Out And Retain Assignments Regarding The Assistance Of A Personal Assistant According To Lss. * The Executor Must Be Able To Take Over Tasks From Other Executors Of Personal Assistance, For Example When Other Executors Suffer From Acute Sickness Absence Concerning Personal Assistants And Cannot Solve The Sickness Absence On Their Own Or In Extraordinary Events Such As Other Executors Quickly Ending Their Assignments, Going Bankrupt Or Similar.
