The Property Portfolio Includes Approximately 800 Apartments And A Number Of Business Premises Such As Preschools And Group Housing, Located In Skurup, Skivarp, Rydsgård, Abbekås And Slimminge. The Works Relate To Ongoing Construction Services And Smaller Contracts That Arise Within The Framework Of Property Management. Assignments Can Include Both Planned Measures And Urgent Interventions Where A Short Response Time May Be Required. The Customer Intends To Sign Framework Agreements With Four (4) Suppliers. Calls From The Framework Agreement Will Take Place According To Ranking With An Allocation Key And, If Necessary, Through Renewed Competition Between All Suppliers. The Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement Amounts To Approximately Sek 120 Million During The Entire Agreement Period.
