The Management Of The Loans Granted Is Entrusted To A Banking/And/Or Financial Institution Subject To This Contract. The Loans Are Granted By The Holder And Ratp Covers The Subsidy. Transactions Carried Out For The 2024 Financial Year: 395 Loans Disbursed In Total (The Quantity Is Not Contractual, It Is Provided As An Indication By The Ratp) The Expected Services Are In Particular: - Instruction Of Loan Requests, Arrangement Of Loans And Monitoring, - Management Of Customer Relations And Compliance With Deadlines, - Reporting Of Activity. The Holder Is Free To Choose The Place Where The Service Is Performed. 1. The Holder May Propose A Place Of Execution, Including One Or More Agencies In Its Network Or Offices It Chooses As Long As The Chosen Location Allows For Fluid Exchanges And The Physical Reception Of Applicants. 2. The Holder May Delegate Support And Physical Reception By Appointment Of Applicants To The Ratp Habitat Point By Providing It With Its Own Tools. The Start Date For Services Is Set For June 10, 2026.
