The Original Balatum Dating From 1969 Is In Urgent Need Of Replacement. This Means That This Original Layer Must Be Removed. The Existing Floor And Adhesives Were Declared Asbestos-Free And The Measurement Report Is Included In The Appendices. The Floor Needs To Be Leveled. The New Marmoleum Needs To Be Laid. The Seams Are Welded And Skirting Boards Are Installed Everywhere. The Skirting Boards Are Seamlessly Mitered With Finished Ends And Glued To The Wall. The Site Must Be Completely Cleaned Up And All Waste Must Be Taken Away And Processed Correctly.
