Tenders Are Invited For Works Contract For The Renovation And Development Of The Industrial Mechanics Workshop At Forem De Libramont (Dnsh)

The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Renovation Of The Industrial Mechanics Workshop At Forem De Libramont And The Construction Of A New Mezzanine (Option) In Compliance With Dnsh (≪ Do No Significant Harm ≫). The Work Includes The Demolition Of Existing Structures (Platforms And Masonry), The Dismantling Of Obsolete Technical Equipment And The Preparation Of Supports (Leveling Walls And Floors). The Project Involves The Supply And Installation Of A Mezzanine (Option Required) In A Wooden Structure Of Approximately 35 M² Intended To Accommodate A Training Class For 16 People. This Mezzanine Will Include A “Grand Trafic” Staircase, Peripheral Acoustic Partitioning And Complete Technical Equipment (Electricity, Data, Heating). Masonry Work Includes The Demolition Of Walls And The Creation Of Rf60 Walls. The Contract Also Covers The Replacement Of Specific Sanitary Equipment Such As A Washing Station. The Technical Installations Will Be Refurbished, Including The Management Of Air Heaters And A Reconfiguration Of The Lighting. Finally, An Equaline Or Concrete Type Floor Finish Is Planned For The Renovated Areas Of The Workshop.
