Salzburg Ag Wants To Develop A Structured Ai Program For The Customer Care Area In Order To Increase Efficiency, Scalability And Service Quality. The Majority Of Customer Inquiries Focus On A Few Standard Topics (Invoice, Move-Out/Move-In, Master Data), Some Of Which Are Now Processed Manually, With Media Disruptions And A High Level Of Knowledge Dependency. The Goal Of This Multi-Year Project Program Is The Complete Integration Of Ai In Voice, Chat And Email Channels As Well As In Central Backend Systems In Order To Create An Automated, Scalable And User-Oriented Customer Center In The Long Term. To Implement This Target Image In Customer Care, We Need Support In The Form Of Consulting Services (E.G. For Selecting The Most Suitable Ai Platform), But Also For Programming Services If Individual Ai Applications Are Implemented And Implemented By The Service Provider Themselves.
