Tenders Are Invited For Customer Service And Communication Of Event Organizers Of The European Cultural Environment Days In Finland

The Ministry Of The Environment Requests A Bid For The National Activities Related To Customer Service And Communication Of The Event Organizers Of The European Cultural Environment Days For One Year. Activities Include E.G. Contacting Potential Event Organizers, Storing And Mailing Materials, Advising Event Organizers, Maintaining An Electronic Event Calendar And Monitoring The Number Of Events, Facebook And Instagram Updates, Website Maintenance, Writing Newsletters, Bulletins And Online News. The Aim Of The Acquisition Is: -Increase The Awareness Of The European Cultural Environment Days. -Increase The Annual Number Of Cultural Environment Days Events In Finland. -Support The Organization Of Local Events With Advice, Materials And Communication Support. -Strengthens The Appreciation Of The Cultural Environment And Cultural Heritage, As Well As The Identity Of Localities. Currently And In Previous Contract Periods, The Provider Of The Service Has Been Suomen Kotiseutuliitto. When The Current Contract Period Ends In May 2026, The Service Delivery Will Be Tendered Again. The Planned Schedule For Customer Service And Communication Activities Is June 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027. The Acquisition Includes The Possibility Of Two Separate Option Years: 1 June 2027-31 May 2028 And 1 June 2028-31 May 2029. A Maximum Of 22,000 Euros Per Year Is Available For Procurement, A Total Of 66,000 Euros (Vat 0%), Provided That The Ministry Of The Environment Can Allocate Funds From The State Budget For Procurement. The Allocation For Option Periods Can Also Be Smaller If The State Budget So Requires. In This Case, The Content Of The Service Is Adapted To The Available Funds. The Procurement Is Carried Out In The So-Called As A French Contract, In Which Case The Price Is Not A Competitive Basis.
